Youth Leadership Brentwood (YLB) is a leadership development program for 20 high school sophomores and juniors who live within the Brentwood city limits or attend school within the Brentwood city limits.

YLB helps future leaders cultivate their leadership skills, while providing a better understanding of the Brentwood community.
